Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received

Please note that final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@roadverse.com (replace with your actual support email) and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was received.

Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

If approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • Process an exchange for the requested item (subject to availability)

Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders enter production and processing and cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must:

  • Be free from wear, stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be returned in resalable condition

Items that show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection or trying on may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.

Please contact us at roadverseltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Our team will review your claim and work quickly to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
